About

I’m Fishell Borja, a paid advertising specialist with over 12 years of hands-on experience working directly inside accounts across Google, social, and native platforms.

You’re likely a good fit if you’re:
– Hiring your first paid ads role and want to get the fundamentals right
– Spending on ads but unsure what’s actually driving results
– Tired of agencies, dashboards, and junior handoffs

Some Background

When I started working in paid advertising more than a decade ago, I quickly noticed something consistent: businesses coming from large agencies were often overspending and underperforming. Once I dug into their accounts and stripped things back, refining structure, budgets, and decision-making, results almost always improved. That early pattern shaped how I work to this day.

Most paid advertising doesn’t fail because the channel is broken. It fails because ownership is unclear, accounts become overcomplicated, and decisions are made without a real understanding of what’s driving performance.
I chose not to build a traditional agency for that reason.

I don’t hand work off to junior staff or sell packaged services designed around volume. When we work together, you work directly with me, where I take responsibility for strategy, budget allocation, and ongoing performance oversight.

My role is to bring clarity where things have become noisy, restraint where spend has outpaced understanding, and sound judgment when it’s unclear whether to scale, pause, or change direction.

Most of the businesses I work with come to me at a point where confidence has dropped; not because they’ve stopped spending, but because they’re no longer sure why they’re spending. My focus is helping them spend smarter, scale more deliberately, and finally see performance they can trust.

If that sounds familiar, we can talk and see whether it makes sense to work together.

Teaching paid advertising fundamentals, the same principles I apply in client work.
